Acceptance and availability
By using the SkyFeels website or, when available, the browser extension, you agree to these Terms. SkyFeels is currently preparing for its first public Chrome release. Features, availability and supported browsers may change before or after release.
What SkyFeels provides
SkyFeels presents current conditions, forecasts and related weather context for the places you select. The free experience is intended to remain useful on its own. Pro may add saved-place capacity, refresh frequency, toolbar choices, visual personalization and optional sync. Pricing, trials, billing and cancellation terms are not available yet and will be presented separately before any purchase or trial starts.
Weather information is not a safety service
SkyFeels is a planning aid, not an emergency, navigation, aviation, marine, medical, insurance or public-warning service. Weather information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, locally variable or inaccurate. Do not use SkyFeels as your only source for an emergency decision, health decision, evacuation, travel safety decision or other high-risk activity. Follow official local instructions and use appropriate professional or emergency services when needed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking whether SkyFeels is suitable for your situation and for keeping any activation code or device access confidential. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits or access controls, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Permissions and privacy
The extension requests only the permissions it needs to operate. It does not request device precise-location permission, browsing history, tabs, cookies or webpage-content access. Our Privacy Notice explains the limited information SkyFeels uses for saved places, settings, Pro and optional sync.
Our content and your feedback
SkyFeels, its software, design, text, marks and other product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve SkyFeels without an obligation to compensate you.
Availability, changes and suspension
We may modify, pause or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, product development or service reliability. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe use is harmful, fraudulent, unlawful or materially breaches these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyFeels is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, complete or error-free. We do not guarantee any weather outcome or the suitability of information for a particular purpose. To the same extent, SkyFeels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for losses caused by reliance on weather information. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Interpretation, severability and governing rules
SkyFeels may reasonably interpret and apply these Terms to operate and protect the service, but that does not remove any right you have under mandatory law. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. The law and forum that apply to a dispute will be identified before any paid service becomes available; until then, mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as SkyFeels develops. The updated date will appear at the top, and any change that requires notice or consent will be handled before it takes effect. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
